Skyward so as you may know and I'm hoping that you got the communication from your campus and artistic that last Friday October 9th through next Friday October 16th you will have the opportunity the window to make any changes to the instructional program your child is receiving that means you can change your instructional program for your kids from Sheldon on the main which is our virtual program and change it into Sheldon on site which is a traditional program if that is what you desire you could do the opposite if you desire to move your child from Sheldon on site which is our traditional program back into a virtual program Sheldon on demand you're able to do that but to be able to do that you do have going to Skyward and fill out the form how do we do that so let me show you the very first thing you need to do is be able to join a be able to login to Skyward your particular Skyward account you can do that by simply going to our website on the very top you will see a button name Skyward if you click on that but it will take you right in it will ask you for your username and password this was identified by you is usually the password is the email that you attached to it I'm sorry that is the username the password is whatever you have decided to be the password if you don't know what that is please call Our Help Desk line I will give you that number at the end of this presentation either way you should be able to log into your Skyward account login to your Skyward account the very first thing you want to do is to look at the left hand side you see a place called online forms as you can see by The Black Arrow you need to take that online when you take that online forms the next thing you want to be able to see is you want to click to the right of your child's educational declaration you will see the forms that you have completed under the right hand side of your child's declaration for example this one you able to view it you do need to click there so that you can view it when she do that you need to take on Mark as not completed and make any changes on the very top you will see it is button I were you can Marc Marquez not completed or make any changes because that is what you trying to do make some changes to your eye decoration of instruction for your student once you click that'll take you to the next page which looks just like this you need to click on the previous step button so that it opens up that form where you can make those changes to your instructional declaration as soon as you do that it opens a window that looks just like this it was created by us and you want to take the full screen view for screen so that you are able to access it and make the decorations that you need to make once you click that you need to click on step number one on step number one it will take you to a phone that is very sick where you can respond to the questions below indicating how your child will participate in learning for the second nine weeks you're going to make those changes if you desire we do have that in English and Spanish as you can see that soon as you complete those changes make all necessary changes to your declaration when you're done making those changes please make sure that you click on complete step one only when you do that it will take you this page where you want to take on next step once you click on the next step you will be able to submit your 20/20 education on Declaration it looks just like this that was admit it and we'll go straight into the our administration offices where we are able to capture this information and make the necessary changes to make sure that your child that may be moving from one type of instruction to a different one we are in form of what that is and we can make it the correct plans so that we address the needs of your child is being recorded just for you so you can reference it back and you're able to see this video and so it's very important for you to be able to know how do you access the videos that have been recorded not just this one but the ones we've done in the past if you want to share this video with any family in France this is the way you get to it click on the one that says on demand when you're sick it takes you to a homepage of Sheldon On Demand with very important information for all of our parents but the one that I want you to concentrate on is this station right here call Help Center if you click on this button give you all the material and videos that we have created just for you they're very short North in English in Spanish but the ones that I've been tailor-made for our Sheldon ISD Community will be fun right here these are videos If you 60 style it will take you to all the videos of which created you will be able to see this
